Getting Started with Nesso Notes

Start your first session

  1. Add New Client and enter a Legal First Name, Legal Last Name, and click Start Dictation.
  2. Speak your recap, it must be at least 1 minute long.
  3. Click End, Select or Confirm your Treatment Approach(es), click Generate Note and you'll be taken to the Dashboard where you'll see the progress of your note being generated.
  4. Once your note is generated, click on it to review it, edit if necessary, copy it, paste it to your EHR, and then mark it as Done.

What happens next

When you end a session and click Generate Note, Nesso transcribes the audio, deletes the recording, and generates your note. The note appears on your Dashboard within a couple of minutes.
