Session Transcripts

Every recording generates a full transcript alongside your note.

Viewing a transcript

  1. From your Dashboard, click a session.
  2. Click the Transcript icon in Session Details.

The transcript shows the full conversation with speaker labels.

Auto-deletion

Transcripts are automatically deleted 30 days after the session. A notice on the Transcript tab shows how many days remain.

Once deleted, whether automatically or manually, a transcript cannot be recovered.

Deleting a transcript early

You can delete a transcript before the 30-day window from the Transcript tab.

Note: Once the transcript is gone, you can’t update note settings or regenerate the note. You'll still be able to edit the note manually.
